Engagement Rate: Profile v.s. Audience

We use different methodologies to analyze the recent ER% on the profile and in the influencer audience segmentation.

In the influencer profile page, in order to show you the most recent performance for casting and performance estimation, we collect the engagements from the most recent 24 posts as a standard across all the influencers.  

How to use this ER% for casting: 

- Compare with other influencers in your list

- As an estimate KPI when working with them

- Compare with the performance when they mentioned about specific @handle or #hashtag in the past

 

 

On the order hand, in the audience interest segmentation; in order to collect the diversity of the different types of contents, we collect the most recent 100 contents to analyse the 1) general average ER% 2) average ER% in each different content category.
